My favorite holiday is "Lunar New Year's Day". It is the most important of the traditional Korea Holiday.
During the Korean New Year, people return to their home to visit their parents and other relatives.
Children wear new clothes. They make bows (Sebae) to parents or grandparents, and they get some money (Sebaedon).
On this day, we usually eat a "Deokguk" in the morning.
It is said that people think they will get one year older after eating the food.
Deokguk (rice cake soup)
It must be Lunar New Year this month. I hope you can do something special to celebrate in Calgary.
